Easter Saturday......

Who doesn't have Easter Saturday?...

With church on Sunday we do the Egg hunting on Saturday!

While the men were putting in new floors in Grandma & Grandpa's

house the kids played wiffle ball in the backyard!

It was a beautiful day!

Uncle Jed, Uncle Matthew, and Aaron always have fun
hiding the eggs for the Hunt!
Sometimes they are so good we don't find
them until next year!

This ended up being the hardest one to find.
You can see it above Abram's head to the left. We even
told the kids "It's in the tree and it's yellow!"
Madison, Suzanne, and Bekah...on the Hunt!

Michael did a good job of finding this one!

Rebekah and her mommy!

Such a cute picture of my prego sister!

Only 10 more days! WHoo..Hoo!

Awe...a little baby newt! Michael found this one!

~Spring Break 2009~

The California Academy of Science's in S.F.
We took a day and went to this awesome place!
Lot's of cool things to see and explore.
I guess I forgot to tell Aaron that we were
going here instead of the Exploritorium! Whoops!?
He found out when we were parked and getting out! HA!
It all worked out. Just shows how bad we communicate!
In the rain forest with the Gumm family!

Racing down the hill outside!

3D Bug movie!

Interesting story line?? (Spoiler alert, if you care?!)

First they introduce you to two bugs, name them,

and then one ends up eating the other!

A little girl came out crying at the end, no actually, Bawling!

Yes, lucky me a butterfly landed on my hat!

There are tunnels that you can walk under the fish in
the Aquarium! You have to check out the Octopus!

All the kids had fun but, boy was it crowded!

They had to make people wait until others left before letting more people in!

I suggest you get there early!

We left and ate dinner across the street.

Abram decided walk ahead of us across the street, only a

little too slow and got stuck in the center! After I yelled to him

not to move, we all laughed at his sense of direction!

Mckenzie & Madison checking out the albino alligator!
My kids are such monsters sometimes! You
probably wouldn't believe me if I told you that they were
being so annoying before I took this picture!
The Holland Tulip Garden @
San Francisco Golden Gate Park
The Golden Gate Bridge!
Who can go there without a picture!
Natalie was being so funny! She was making
us all crack up! Silly Girl!
****
Earlier in the week...
The kids had a great time bowling! Natalie and

Kaitlin had a blast and did almost just as well as the

older kids!!
These girls love each other!

Spring and Things...

Suzanne my niece stayed with us for a week while
her parents were in Hawaii! Lucky!
I met my mom to make the transfer.
She had Michael my nephew so we had lunch at
In and Out in Davis!
Suzanne & Michael are only a couple months apart!
They are cute cousins together!

Spring Break...The Girls and I went
Out to lunch with Dad!
We went to Chevy's on the River and fed the
Geese our left over tortillas!

Then of course on to the mall to do a little shopping!

What else would you do with girls!?!!

Abram got April Fooled!...

"Abram, go put some deodorant on Right NOW!"...

Little did he know, Aaron and Eli had rolled down his

deodorant, then put cream cheese on the top!

WA~LA..... you have one very confused 14 year old!?!

Aaron & Eli then showed up after the fooling happened!

"Abram, go get a Bagel and clean it up!"

I'm not sure what's funnier, the joke

or my laugh! That too is embarrassing!

Suzanne is my niece~

For my mom's birthday I was in Vacaville at Pietros pizza,

when my niece Suzanne let us all know that her mommy Tricia

was having a baby! What was crazy was she hadn't been told

about the new addition yet. But as you can see she

was very sure of herself that she was right!!

(You may want to pause the music first!:)

"Mommy you do have a baby in your tummy!"

Ahhh, haaa!

Tricia is due in October.

Home sweet home Happenings....

Vacaville is where I grew up!
On a trip there recently, inspired by Natalie's pictures,
I took pictures of the road leading to my parents house.
I love the way it looks in the Springtime!
Especially, right after it has rained!

"The Creek" that no kid is to play in without permission.
That has always been the rule.
I found out why when I was a kid one time after
picking up a rockand a Scorpion was under it
and stung me! YIKES!

The cow pasture on the way up the 1 mile road.

I love it when it's green. The trees grow over the
one lane road. This is why I can back up almost
just as good as I drive forward!

Madi and Bekah in the orchard, just hanging out!

San Fransisco with my Nephew Brendan
and Niece Rebekah! We had a great time
watching Wicked! Bekah giggled the whole time

and I loved listening to her enjoy it as much as I did!

My sister Shannon, her husband Jed, and about

25 members of his family all sat together.

The building was amazing, and the show was as well!

We loved Ga~Linda! So funny!

Eli's 6th grade Basketball team
got 2nd place in the Championship game,
(Eli with his Basketball coaches)
While he was in Merced at a 2 day tournement
for his Soccer team!

While we were leaving the Hotel I saw a guy
with this shirt on. I think I should find this shirt for my boys.
(I'm with my Homies!)>

Later that day after Eli's two games...
Abram's team, coached by Aaron won
the Championship 8th grade Basketball game!!

Following the game they all went to
a Stockton Thunder Hockey game. For Abram &
his friend Zac's 14th Birthday.
(Abram & Tyson)
It was a long day but they had a great time.

Even if some of the friends he invited were from
the losing team! They still had fun!

"I want to remember everything" ~ By: Natalie

Natalie Anne
Here she is coloring a picture.
Playing Beauty Shop!
Here's a Heart shape braid!
I saw this on another blog but too late for Valentines day.
Oh well it's still cute on her!
This day she wanted 'buns' like Princess Leia. (sp)
She was wanting to play with Ben, Danielle, & William
at recess. She had to look the Star Wars princess part!
What's funny is Aaron and I both played Star Wars
in Kindergarten also, I wore buns too!
She had the smallest buns ever!
A month ago when on my camera I found
a bunch of pictures that I know I didn't take.
I knew who to ask after reviewing the photos!

She told us that she wanted to remember
everything. I guess she went around one day taking
pictures of the things she saw.

Her Blessing dress hanging in her room.
Her Littlest Pet shop toys/princess Book.

A small shelf with some of Abram's trophy collection.

Her "Chocolate Baby"! She loves her dolly!

Her momma in the messy kitchen!

And once again her self portrait looking so funny!
What's funny is she had no idea and neither did
we, that we would soon be faced with the choice to move.
Ironically, she'd taken pictures of a place that in a few months
she may not see again.
It is good to take pictures....so we can all remember~
Everything!
Now on to the Moving....

~Valentine's Day Prom~

Prom '09??
I know, I know How old are we?
This did not matter because everyone that went was ready
to be ourselves and have fun!
With music that some of us hadn't heard since the
'Good ole' Days', great desserts, and
old H.S. pictures it was a blast.
The Girls having fun!
(Jenny, Kristy, Shauna, Barbara, Kim, Charlene & Jason, nice(:
Kristen, Jami, Karen, Me, Merilee, & Jessica!)

The Boys posing!
(Leroy, Norm, Brian, Jason, Kyle, Aaron, Michael,
Larry, Gabe, & Bob.)
Ahhh...Haaa! So cute!
Aaron wanted Leroy to show him an old school
dance move. I had to take a picture!

We are geeks!
Neither Aaron or I went to prom
so we submitted a picture of us 2 mo. after I graduated.

I have to tell you, Michael was laughing
at us girls the whole night!
We were dancing/singing to every song as if it were that time.
You know the running man, kid and play, etc....I think
I'm a girl who can't dance but thinks she can! (:
He was laughing at me when I saw him in the hall
this last Sunday too!
I'm sure it was a leftover laugh from Prom '09! LOL

Thanks, Karen for organizing it!

Sisters...

Old pictures remind me of fun times!
I love my little sister.
I also love that some people don't know who's older!
Hee, hee!!
Anyway, my sister is the best! We didn't always see eye to eye
and not just because she used to be sooo short! (:
That has all changed as we've gotten older.
I have always loved my sister and I look up to her now!
(In this picture, I think Shannon is 6 and me 9?)

Shannon and I are so close. I love that I can tell her anything.
Is my head a box in this picture or what...oh well!
I'm so very happy for her, she is due May 1st with
her baby Rachael Elizabeth!
